Our work connects science, policy, business, and communities
to shape better food systems that nourish people, restore
nature and support fair livelihoods. By uniting evidence with diverse voices, we are helping build a healthy, fair and sustainable
future.
Our Focuses
Knowledge
EAT convenes world-leading scientists to produce and share cutting-edge, forward-looking research that informs decisions. This includes the landmark EAT-Lancet Commission, which set science-based targets for food systems that are healthy, fair, and sustainable.
Communities for Action
EAT connects leaders across policy, business, science and civil society to develop solutions, exchange insights, and confront shared challenges. Through our Communities for Action and the EAT-Stockholm Food Forum, we turn ambition into collective impact at scale.
Storytelling
Storytelling turns science into influence and action. It links people to purpose, makes evidence relatable and inspires change. By centring real voices and lived experience, it helps shift mindsets, foster empathy, and encourage bold choices for better food.
From the team
At Laudes Foundation, we support transforming the food industry to tackle climate change, nature loss, and inequality. EAT provides vital science and fosters unlikely partnerships for systemic change. We’re proud to join a growing community of changemakers driving inclusive, sustainable economies.
